He also has stated he hasn't sold shares via 504. He did issue shares to service providers. I feel that he thought they would hold for the long term (thats what he told me) but the fact we've had tons of shares hit the market, proves that he was wrong with his assumptions.

so basically, the 504 is diluting the stock, and has been for awhile..NSS keep it down even though 504 has stopped?
