We know that $450,000 was raised via 504, but hasn't been used since end of April (end of April amount, and most recent amount are the same) Shorters tend to attack companies that sell shares, to make it twice as ugly, and to possibly cause the company to financially crash, leaving them never to cover.

With ETMO, the fact they are a real company, with real profits, is the reason we haven't crashed per se.
