Jim....when I glance at the sp, I often find it encouraging to remember the Baker & McKenzie "green light" and "clean" rumor. Then the Duane Morris, LLC notation by ERHC. Then the enlarged Houston office space. Then the 11 months without a CEO or CFO.

Jim Long . . .Would we necessarily even know if/when DM would head for the door until a new law firm is hired? We get communications many times when new law firms and PR firms are hired, and that is usually the first we hear that the previous ones are not longer with us. I agree with you that DM being with us adds comfort to my position.

Jim, all lawyers care about is fees, ERHC will generate alot of billable hours for these firms, their very happy to have ERHC as a client whether Offor used Feltang to pay himself $3 million in cash and $10 million in more shares or whether it was a legitimate, legal deal that mgmt entered into with a consulting firm to lock up SNP as a partner. Either way, Akin/Gump and Duane Morris win, their firms will get paid whether ERHC is innocent or guilty. However, just because mgmt might have entered into a horrendous deal to ensure SNP partnership doesn't mean its illegal, that is what the SEC is trying to figure out now. People on this board love to rush to judgement, its just an investigation at this point, ERHC and its officers haven't been formally charged with anything yet and might never be. I personally believe nothing will come of it, however, I'm a biased shareholder, if something does come of the Feltang deal, its Offor, Chrome and ERHC MGMT at the time the deal was consumated that will be in trouble for using company funds to line their own pockets, our assets are secure and we'll be fine.
