Getting one's arms around the multiple, potential ERHE, Feltang, SEO, Chrome, etc. scenarios can bring on an Excedrin headache.

Somehow I just can't reconcile Duane Morris, LLC taking the role they did if there is the potential for their good name to be tarnished in the process. These guys want their name with winning, not losing. They have been on board long enough to have rooted out any skeletons that could embarrass them. Also, I am sure they have reviewed the play book with Akin Gump and know where the worrisome areas are. Again, if I see DM headed for the door then I will begin to worry. It appears, by their staying put, they feel they can manage this to a positive outcome.
