I doubt if Feltang is WB. Offor had a hard enough time paying him the shares under his employment contract. My bet is that Feltang is Offor and a few buddies. Offor tries to get more shares in any manner possible (see note restructuring).

Wouldn't want to be him if this is true and wouldn't want to be the lawyer that approved the deal. They can share a cell and try to screw each other rather than shareholders.
