Jim...Umbra seemed very aware of an extraordinary incentive pay for Walter Brandhuber and his deals. The filings show nothing to this affect, however, it definately shows that "Feltang" was paid an exorbant amount of money for bringing in SNP. An oil company wanting a piece of the action doesn't expect payment in this fashion. A dealmaker would love to have a deal like this.....and its stunk for a long time with ERHC shareholders. Waaaaay ridiculous in this investors opinion.....which pretty much matches the huge pay incentive Umbra seemed to KNOW WB was going to receive.
