Several posters on the RB board, who say they know him, say he is. I stand by what i've said. I've posted it twice now and said it was a rumor.
Exactly how would you know if he is or is not on the run? Unless you are in daily touch with him ... and if you are in frequent communication with him, i must assume you are in on his scam. I can't think of anyone who would stay in touch with some one who so flagrantly violates the law and is quite happy to defraud others, except someone who is like minded. What is your excuse?
