Ruellit, I'm also in the process of adding 2 more monitors.
I finally decided how I want to set it up.

I ordered the 2nd video card (Anton) listed on the Dream machine board yesterday (dual Analog outputs).
I figured if it is good enough for the Terminator, it's good enough for me.

Also have the monitors picked out; will replace the existing one plus add two more; will install 3 19" crt's.
Will buy one and see if I like it. If so, then I'll buy two more identical ones.

And I'll need to get a heavier duty desk to put the monitors on.
Office Max is having a sale on their Office Pro furniture collection. (sale actually doesn't start officially 'til Sun.)
