Sure sure, I'm being optimistic.

I wonder what the time differences were between the successful and unsuccessful OSC cases. In other words, did the cases they stalled for by requesting for more than one extension usually end up getting thrown out?

By the way, nice DD on finding the stats. Thanks for that.
