Grande, 60% is 50% more than 40%, y'know what I mean? 60% of the time their hearings lead to something, and 40% of the time they're dropped. Isn't that the stat which was posted?

Well, 60% is a 50% higher rate than 40%. That is very substantial, from a statistical standpoint. I'd say.

Meaning... out of 100 cases, 60 lead to something. 40 don't. Take half of 40 (which is 20, or 50%) and add it to 40... and you get 60. lol
