I just got off the phone from a long conversation with David, and we have another scheduled for tomorrow, after the market closes. I can confirm that what David told you he also told me. I have provided him with numerous questions that have been raised here by the members of this board, and he has assured me that he will provide to me whatever answers he is able to garner from Gene.
In the meantime, what he did tell me, in response to some of my questions:
1) He was not aware that the information regarding Collin Raye's solo album was no longer available on the NSHV site, nor was he aware of the May 21 article that Arrow brought to this board, until several people from IHUB called him about it. It is one of the questions he will raise with Gene.
2) The mini-CD deal Collin had was already negotiated and in the works before he had signed with NSHV. They are independent events, and not connected. The mini-CD was being originally developed under Collin's own label
3) The company is issuing a PR tomorrow, but it is not related to Collin Raye. He believes the shareholders will enjoy the news being made available this week.
4) The two songs being written for the USS New York ceremonies will feature two separate artists - sounded like the deals have already been signed, but he would not tell me anything more
5) They have signed additional artists, and will release their names "at the appropriate time"
6) They are still working on the terms and arrangements to buy out Munro's shares. He has sold down to the 15.5M block he agreed to move through private placement. He does NOT have access to them for trading. They are in treasury, pending clousre of the private placement deal. All of his other shares he has now disposed of, having sold them off from 15c all the way down to 1.5c - he is using the proceeds from here, and three other plays, to fund another deal he got himself involved in.
7) The company will put out news near-term, updating share structure and restrictions. David did not provide me a date. The company has not sold ANY of its 200M position........
8) They are still working towards their plan to uplist off of .PK by the end of Q4CY07 or Q1CY08, depending on how long it takes to reconstruct the fins and have the auditors approve them. This is a costly process for the company, as they need to reconcile records from three previous companies in order to bring fins current and meet SEC requirements. But NSHV is committed to getting off of pinkyland.......
9) The TriMark deal is coming together faster than expected. He is aware of the company's obligation to provide more details on its implications/benefits to NSHV shareholders, and will talk with Gene about getting another PR out with additional details.
10) In fairness, David obviously has a biasedly favorable attitide towards NSHV; he is in fact one of the larger individual shareholders.
Information I gain from tomorrow's call I will bring to the board as well. FWIW.
