It looks like a reverse Fozgulla to me. IDCC and the inventors have been saying all along that they are entitled to a piece of the pie even though they just invented the crust. Now, the inventor of the whipped cream and the piemakers are coming after the crust makers for a share of the whole pie in an effort to limit the crust creators share to the crust itself.
