The board is between the devil and the deep blue sea. Because of what they know it is hard to avoid the perception of insider trading. This is very true in the development of a company like Wave and at this point in its development.
What would you say if all BOD purchased 10K shares and the next day an announcement sends the stock price to $5.00. Lawsuits would abound.
The only way around this is if the BOD would say on the 10th of each month for the next twelve months they would each buy 1K shares, then there could be no insider trading. I believe that all persons who are company employees, purchase each month in the employee stock plan.
I would like to know how much the employees are buying each month.
