I don't understand how Bob can do a buyback. He is so strapped for money now he is diluting the stock to survive. I don't see how he will get into a position to buy back shares unless he is able to start making significant profits. Personally I don't understand why everyone seems so afraid of a R/S. It's just a matter of adjusting the number of shares and the share price. Nothing else really changes. A 1/100 R/S and we then have 50 million O/S at $0.05.
