if and when profits come in, he can use this to buy back shares. Keeping future profits secret may work to everyones advantage. Keeping them secret will keep the stock price down, enabling him to buyback at a low pps. Upon the buyback announcement, the stock would probably soar, which would make Bob and all of us the happy beneficiaries.

RE:Personally I don't understand why everyone seems so afraid of a R/S. It's just a matter of adjusting the number of shares and the share price. Nothing else really changes. A 1/100 R/S and we then have 50 million O/S at $0.05.

Here is just a couple examples of how your money will evaporate from a Pink non reporting Pink sheet stock from the RS monkey dance! AVSN did a RS this year and is almost right back to where is was PRE RS. GRUS has many RS under its belts over the years and if you factor them all in the original price was in the 100's of thousands per share!
Now there is a way that a RS does work? However I have yet to see one company do it? They would have to RS the Authorized share count as well! Failing that they are nothing more than legally allowed to counterfeit money!
The problem is Ole Bobby would have to shut down the printing presses and sell product instead of shares to survive? Now what do you think the chances of that happing are?
Also this company did do a RS before.. You are aware of that right?
Micro,I didn't mean he would be doing it today.I realize things will have to get much better before it can happen.It also doesn't need to be done all at one time.Right now we don't have any numbers as to profits and such and don't know a lot of what is going on behind the scenes.I was just saying that IMO he'd do a buyback as opposed to a R/S.
