No need to get snarky there chris you made some great points. Here's what I picked up on in your post:

1) Please show me any other company (OTCBB or lower) with a 6bb share OS that is trading over .25? or anywhere near $1.
2)'All companies are over valued when they are Pinkies if they have even a chance of doing well' - Uh, no, theyre not.
3) Last years run was due to nothing more that the market masses all converging on one stock at the same time. It happens all the time (DEXTQ recently, and where are they now?). And yes the company had little to nothing back then. So do you seriously want me to believe that anyone, short of the nieve investor, invested last year because they thought this company was going somewhere???? No they were following the crowd, and when the crowd left, so did they, which is why we are right back where we started from. (So much more to say here but you are a smart guy and quite frankly I could go on forever stating things that you probably already know).
4) 'ARMED AND DANGEROUS' - Well, they say they are. Havent seen much yet. Lots of speculative PRs. Oh wait, there was that failed brewery deal with Lynch, remind me again where he is now? Oh yeah, jail.
5) 'The marketing is HAPPENING, sales and distribution ARE happening right now'. Where? Based on what, the three people on this site who say they've bought some? Where have the mysterious truckload shipments disappeared to? They never seem to show up in stores. We hear about reorders but then when someone goes there to check, no product has ever shown up! And please dont mention the trade shows that Bob goes to, he's been doing that for over 20 years! At least we can say he's bound to get a big break eventually!
6) Finally, that last paragraph is really beneath you. From what Ive read on your posts I think you're a pretty smart person but seriously - 'I dont want to hear SPECULATION or guesses' - thats all there is at this point: One person at a time sees Bob at trade shows; The existence of Meritage cant even be proven; Very few have seen the product in stores; Hawaiian water already exists from someone else; Has anyone found the Chicage distributer yet?; Signature Leisure is a joke; Success at trade shows has translated into nothing; No one can find Gen 2; 'Kosher' certification??? yep thats on the top of my list (no offense intended to anyone); Did the MN1 interview even happen?.
Show me some verification, (and no just because the company PRed it doesnt mean anything. The pinkies are full of companies that blow smoke for years, you know that).
And these are just from the 'official' NRs. The rest of the info we have is from items posted on a chat board!!! A chat board dude! ITS ALL SPECULATION at this point!
But yet, with all this, I too still feel that this company can become a success, but .25 to $1? Get real. The one solace is that we would likely be bought out long before that ever happened.
Part of doing homework is understanding, not just filling in the blanks with the correct answers (or the ones you want to be correct).
