Excellent reply!!!! Thank you for not reading to much into what I was trying to say.

I firmly agree that the pps will never see $0.25 nor do I believe it will ever see $.05 without a split of some sort or a buy back. This company WILL see $0.02 I truely believe and have said so in the past. I even think I stated before that I will be departing RSHN at that point because I have a plan to profit and I will exit my freebies at that point without looking back.

I have said that it will take a buyback or R/S to make this into a higher level stock and is that the plan for RSHN? That I do not know. What I do know is what I have been told and that I have shared openly with others. Bob has told me there will be dividends paid to shareholders of 12/06 and earlier and I have never been lied to by him so I will continue to believe in what I can for now.

I truely believe AR is going to be the money maker for anyone with any sense to buy when they make their money here and then turn it into AR stock.....at last thats my intentions. AR has much more potential and I believe will surpass RSHN in a heartbeat once it IPOs.

Does that make RSHN any less attractive to me at this stage of the game? NO WAY! We are at the threshold of a new begining and I will be damned if I am going to miss this boat when it takes off, which it will in the not so distant future.

Now to address the Mexico thing and the Lynch thing and not to forget the brewery thing.

Mexico is happening and is being worked on as we speak. Ozzy is there helping to find a local packaging plant that will meet the needs of the dist. who wants to renew orders but at the cost of freight to Mexico now with fuel costs so high its ipossible for them to turn a buck/peso. They HAVE to find a local packaging plant that will maintain the quality of our product as well as be able to meet their needs for volume. They are working on it even tody as I spoke to Alex earlier he mentioned it to me before I asked him about it. So there ya go!

Next is Lynch. They were trying to finance a way to get AR developed without diluting, but when all the critters came out of the closets when they started into business with him they determined that it wasnt in the shareholders or companies best interests so they parted ways.

Lastly is the brewery deal. Bob himself explained this to me a month ago and here it is....
While doint their DD into buying Greys Brewery they determined their money was much better spent on their own dist system and they found Garden was for sale. They also found that the brewery needed so much maintenance and repair that they would be better off finding a place that could hold an assy line and getting that and installing their own line rather than to re-tool a 100 year old brewery. Personally I like the way these men have been doing business when it comes to major purchases and deciding where to spend the money they got from dilution of our stock. They re-invested it into new products, artwork, labels, cans, a distribution company of our own, advertising, trade shows, certification, and production materials for the day we received certification. ALL of which took rather large amounts of cash and all of which they HAD to do if we wanted to grow faster than a snails pace with water and Ginseng. I believe and thats good enough for me personally.

I am sorry otter if I sounded like I was attacking you personally with my replies. I have a tendency to get overly excited when I feel someone smackin the company.

Youre a good guy and I didnt mean to be abrasive to you. Thanks for the good feedback and trust that what I just wrote to you is EXACTALLY the way it was told to me by Bob and or Alex at one point or another. I dont BS nor stretch the truth. I try to be as straight as possible when Im talkin about money.

Thanks and GO RSHN!!!!$$$!!!

Otterman,I guess my question to you is...What do you like about this company? You obviously see something here. This is a sincere question and not meant to be confrontational.
