zitboy, your post doesn't make any sense.
I thought you were referring to the "promise" to sign two licensees by year end that was supposedly made in the last CC. I don't know why you are now bringing up something you think was promised in the annual report.
Anyway, your post was clearly an emotional reaction to some event you think management promised would happen by some specific date. You think the Street should be punishing IDCC for not fulfilling this "promise". You think they have only come through with half of what they "promised".
Well, you must be a very inexperienced investor to have read the annual report and come away with the impression that anything in business is a "guarantee". Don't you read the disclaimer section with all the safe harbor provisions???
Why don't you find a safer place to put your money if you are looking for a guaranteed return.
