tbird, what irritates me the most is the knowledge that going after the company legally won't do more than hasten its destruction. Would they actually have any money that we could recoup? Doubtful. But prison sentences for some folks WOULD be at least a small balm. I'm just looking for small victories now. Like, yesterday, I actually made some delicious zucchini bread. Hey, it's a start!

I have not ever met you are Lou, BUT if you are referring to him (LOU) as LuLu after:
1. Both of you seemed to have some common ties
2. You may have taped recorded information in a way that may be considered less than legal
3.You may have broken some trust between the two of you
4.You may have posted information that you may have known that may not have represented the correct information
5.You may now be trashing him which could possibly hurt him and could possibly be intended to hurt BDGR shareholders;
