Alan has not sold shares to raise money, in fact he used shares to pay contractors, lawyers, acquisitions, etc.

what is the difference ? raising money to spend it on other things, is still raising money

im sure this will not go in his own pocket, as this guy seems very reliable and driven, but should really EVERY possible cost be paid with shares ?

it just seems strange to me a major PR was there with the LOI for the financing company, and only 15 million shares were given to them.. which sounded like a reasonable deal, cash + restricted shares.. because if you believe in ETMO, you will hold them and know its going to increase in value

but we are talking about the 60 fold increase in OS here !! not 15 million but 900 million.. so they spend a lot more on lawyers, advice etc than on acquiring a company ?

do you think those giving advice, making promotion , lawyers etc are going to keep those shares for a few years waiting for a steady climb ?

id like to see a more detailed breakdown on what these 900M extra shares were used for.

and now i will shut up or you will all think indeed im trying to bash, but i am not ! its just my personal opinion and sadly like i said the good news of that contract is completely cancelled out by this big increase in OS

have a nice day all

luvtradin1. 100% correct. This statement supports you...
From today's pr---"We anticipated paying most of these professional fees in cash, but many of the individuals asked to receive shares to have some 'skin in the game' and benefit in the future from the increased shareholder value they are bringing to the table."

Luvtradin

Not dilution in the classic sense? It's OK to pay for services with non-restricted shares, but not OK to sell shares in the open market to raise cash for the purpose of buying services?

ETMO sold 215MM+ shares in the open market last month. The count went from 698MM to 913MM. The remaining 500MM+ shares are not restricted (since the restricted count does not reflect that), so they were likely given in a certificate form. When they are sold the 913MM number will increase.
