if a co. sells shares to raise money to pay for various services, that is dilution, if on the other hand the co. gets service people to do work for shares that is a completely different story, I don't see how you cannot understand that.
Pascal, I think the bigger picture is that PR highlights the fact that Alan has gone totally opposite of the SS reduction. 1 bil Float verse 115 mil is not even close, lol. This contract could be huge but won't be official until late Summer and who knows what the SS will be then? I hope all here make out well but Alan has disappointed me for the last time.
pascal30...paying with shares is a good thing...this shows that the suppliers that ETMO is dealing with are very optimistic about the sequence of events as well as the future of the company. IMO
Fine...but you picked a heck of a time to lay out your concerns...in the middle of this trying to run...Not smart if you're a shareholder...we need buyers to move this not doubters...Why not wait until later to give your opinions?
Thats it - sounds a lot like a startup gold mine where they use shares to pay for everything from toothpicks to toilet paper. What we don't know is how much of a discount to market these shares are being given away, while slowly wrecking the share structure of the company. I finally bought in today at .0009 and I am willing to give the company the benefit of a doubt at this point.
