We're in complete agreement, Dallas. I have such a low opinion of TDA, my broker, it's laughable. They clearly don't take my money as seriously as I do. Each and every time I've spoken with them, faxed or emailed, their reply has been nearly useless to me.

For some reason they seem incapable of providing a simple answer to any inquiry. I've asked them at least half a dozen times to confirm whether or not my specific shareholder information was provided to the TA (both the old and the new TA). Each and every time they replied with an obscure, general answer referring to the overall process and not specifically to my account. It should NOT take a customer six or more attempts to get a simple answer.

How hard is it, for chrissake!?
