I agree with your point. There probably won't be much change in the pps or volume until something happens to generate interest. It will probably drift up and down with low volume.
I still think, however, that there will be some who will try to sway the pps lower to pick up some cheap shares as some holders of the stock tire and decide to take the loss and play elsewhere.
