Isn't it more likely, Joe, that there's just no interest in this issue? And rightfully so. Therefore, it'll naturally drift lower until there's news that'll create some demand.
Frankly, I don't know what news, other than of the financial kind, that'll accomplish that. And I'm not expecting THAT for some time. ) :

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
This letter will be published.
