Anyway, I'm "betting" that in the subpeona (if it does exist), the SEC is the "complaintant"....."I'll bet" no one is appearing before the SEC......"I'll bet" that whatever the subpeona is for....it's in a civil court in some state.....

you and others make it sound like the SEC investigated and shut down 35 corps.......TRUTH.........it was a spam case.....a civil case....in Texas.......and they picked 35 companies because of the spammers....and, needed all that "ammo" not to get laughed out of court....
it's not like the SEC is doing a wonderful job.....they needed to make a case in civil court....and, they found the 35 companies from the same spammers....it's a ONE SHOT DEAL.....not a huge effort which netted 35 individual complaints at different times......it's a "joke"....I can't believe that so many people take that crap seriously....that's 35 out of about 3000...real good, SEC, real good!!! hahaha!!!!
Anyway, I'm disassembling my computer and moving to Florida tomorrow.....soooooo, I don't want you to think I'm evading you.....I'll be back online in about a week.....I doubt if USSE will spike up to 5 bucks in that time.....
