MSC290, sorry having to take care of my 84 year old mother is why I've been away for a while. The Router is Netgear and Comast SOLD it to them. We tried her ID & Password for Comcast, but those didn't work.
OK, when I go back to their house I'll call Netgear to get the default supplied password.
