2.4GHz is doable on 130nm, I'd say. I don't expect a 2.8GHz-ish part until a year from now.

It seems 4000+ not a big deal to make. We just saw that performance penalty for decreasing cache twice is extremely small. I think the jump for going dual-channel will be quite good. A64 4000+ will be just 2.6 Ghz - its only 400 Mhz more than what they have now.
