janice, some folks here think that Micheala presence with crlj is just transitional.it has been over 6 months since the reverse merge. and she is still there.

Janice...i think the only thing she knows for sure (that is verifiable) is DILUTION. She diluted CDIT while issuing Funny PRs. then she reverse merged.and Now she is the CEO of the 'new' company. lol

the funny part is the filing looks a lot similar to CDIT filing...check it out.
even the format looks similar.....and doesnt look that it was done by a professional....LOL
