A shareholder letter has been issued. It invites shareholders to attend a special meeting to vote on a 1000 to 1 reverse split and a company name change to Club Resources Limited. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 26, 2008 at 1039 Mainland Street, Vancouver, B.C. Shane Schmidt is listed as the President/Secretary. The shareholder letter does not reveal the purpose or intended business of Club Resources.

I know...apparently they haven't added anymore in since I had called in the summer so that's a good thing! The total AS is only 250M. I'm just glad Mechella is now out of the picture:) I would think we should be seeing something soon. Have a nice weekend!

Wow. What I am surprised over is the o/s. As of Sept 31, 2007 is only 152.6MM. Seems very low for a stock quoted at .0005.

I picked up some shares here a while back, so I am certainly interested to see what changes may be occurring.

You might consider the factor that companies that have little cash and operating history look for support personnel (investor relations persons) they can pay in shares. These are companies with grand plans and few resources. They are on the cusp of failure out of the box. I would not be so quick to single out anyone without clear evidence to support your contention.

Can anybody show me one company that Patrick Rost was involved with that didn't either go down or go out of business ??? I can't find one. Do a Google search for Patrick Rost or PMR and Assoc and see where those companies are since he came on board. If I ever see his name I run for the hills. Just IMO. Good luck.
