We need to let all those people who give or are giving him awards to know that he is also the president of Cemtrex (CTEX) so that he can be judged on overall merit.

It is beginning to make a joke out of the USPAACC and their Excellence Award.

It may even inhibit their future ability to attract more legitimate people for awards/recoginition.

It's possible the likes Yao Ming, Rocky Aoki and others may not like their names associated with Aron Govil, if they were to become more aware of his actions here.

i just wrote him a note: Dear Mr Govil, as a member of an investment group , we are becoming increasingly discouraged and angered by your treatment of us as shareholders. Basic information about the share structure is not available and it seems selling by the company continues to diminish shareholder value and confidence. We are urging you to be more forthright ,transparent, and respectful of those who have believed and invested in Cemtrex. We see you are given awards in the broader business community and it is these awards and your association with Ducon that led many to invest in Cemtrex in the first place. Many in our group are very media savvy and will be writing letters to the very organizations that have given you excellence awards, amongst other media outlets, detailing your treatment of investors in Cemtrex if we do not see a change in company behavior shortly.
