Excellent, excellent note! I too am way frustrated by his continued disregard for current shareholders and have a growing feeling that he is going to build up the company using funding on the backs of current shareholders. And once he dilutes this thing to near zero PPS, he' is going to slam us with an RS and only the future shareholders will benefit. I've explained these concerns to him and he has yet to dispute them, he just goes on like a broken record calling for long term patience. But worse, he also continually states that he doesn't care about the current PPS. To quote him exactly, "As I have said before I am not here to please short term shareholders."
I like you, am strongly considering sending out some emails to these various publications that have such high opinions of Govil. IMO, I doubt they know that he is running a pinksheet company and has run the share price down to 2/10ths of a penny. No matter how you look at that, it is not the report card of a successful business man.
