He recently told me in an email exchange that he is not concerned by the share price and because the company does not have sufficient funding, "shares are the currency" for their growth. Take it fwiw, but I let him know that I was not pleased that he was building the future value of this company on the backs of current shareholders. And I know he has plans of RS'ing this when he feels it is time to try and move up to a higher exchange....my concern is that he will not ease of dilution to allow this thing to move up so current shareholders can realize some profits prior to getting slapped by a RS.
And I just wonder since he is getting some favorable press from various sources, how it would look if they knew how he valued his 'public' shareholders. My guess is that most of these publications aren't even aware of CTEX and the fact that Govil runs a public company with a share price at .0021. They might not be as impressed with the guy.
