Berman for the most part has sidelined so much of this infomation from the inception of this 504. He pointed out the cash he had raised nearly 800mn shares ago. Why has failed to give and update on this giving the fact that many did not even know it was occurring to begin with. In particular those that are stuck at .0035 and some at .0045. There has been no adequate response to that Nasd letter that is still a circulating issue and it doesn't matter one iota how it got out it was orignally addressed to Berman. It was due to he not giving any follow up to this leaves the door open for this action.
Since there isn't all of us may as well take our chances and see what direction this takes us.

Pumping?......no its just speculation. If I personally cannot have any excitement in a company I have chosen to invest in I shouldn't be in it. The person I was addressing today rebelgirl takes what I say with a grain of salt and in fun. She is by far more wiser than that. She can teach us a few things I assure you.

I have more than this one board and I don't plan to be tracing Bermans footsteps or his intentions. The most professional way of him getting the info out is by way of a PR. Yahoo is the best site for it and all this company has been thru from a year ago should be there for anyone to read.

I care less about people flipping but if people do that is something I want to keep off this board. That really a personal decision. Looks like some are doing this daily and on one or more trades. So be it.

If you understand where I am coming from I want Berman to Pr the direction he is now taking this company. Ever how you view me on these issues this is not gonna change. He is the horse pulling this wagon no body else.
