texb: According to PACER, as of a few minutes ago there have been no recent filings in the Federal case. I'd imagine that it would now be up to Federal to file some type of motion based on the arbitration results. Their lawyers are probably working on it.
Do we know if a PACER entry was made in the IDCC vs. Federal Insurance lawsuit on the 16th or 17th?
