MJPLIFE11, good point. I wanted to mention the same point on Friday. When IDCC updated the guidance last quarter with the audit findings, stock just made a brief move and settled back (in fact moved the other way the next day). So, one time payment isn't a big deal. But, I know that nervous nellies might take a shot at it....but, the impact wouldn't be longer.
