You really don't know what you are talking about. Briner didn't lose money. He really has you fooled. He structured the illegal deal and had registration rights. The deals were done with phony legal opinions written by his best buddy McGeary. He even placed some of the stock in his own name.

Go get some better legal advice. Briner's is going to get you in a lot of trouble.
