You once again are wrong. Smith is wearing the Corporate hat. And did know or ot to have know the remifications of these financing's . Here's the diference sonny Briner made the investment to fund the company and lost money . Liem made the investment to kill/opress the market and made money. Smith also benefitted personally and corporately when he should have or did know the adverse effects of these financings.
