Your previous 10K stated the Company entered into an agreement in principle to acquire Storm Depot International from Eline Entertainment Group,Inc. While the latest PR states that Storm Depot International, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eline Entertainment Group.
Who owns storm depot and how is EEGI and TELA related beside the storm depot connection? Are there similar board members/officers serving in both companies?

Question 2. Storm Depot announced that it has opened its first Retail Hurricane Protection Outlet in Jensen Beach, Florida. Is this store open? if so, what's is physical location where one can visit to verify? Storm depot planned 12 store chain to be in place before the start of the 2007 Hurricane season. How many stores are there to date? If more than one, what's the physical locations to these stores?

Question 3. Storm Depot International, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Eline Entertainment Group, will receive 1% of the franchise revenue fees and will provide proprietary products to franchisees. This statement does not not make any business sense at all. If EEGI owns storm depot, 1% of revenues, plus providing products to the franchisees is unheard of unless the business principal purpose of such a low percentage is Tax Avoidance. How did the two companies end up with this minuscule percentage, keeping in mind that EEGI will provide the products to franchisees?
