Ok, I can't resist:
Be advised that you can't ask questions unless you actually own shares. I know it sounds ridiculous-- but it appears to be true. On the otherhand, if you lie and say you own shares, you may ask away, unless the questions would raise doubts as to the position/intention of mgmt.
