Just because the SEC allows it, doesn't mean its good for YOU. There are many options available as a dilutive vehicle.
The 504 became the choice after the SEC changed the way S8's can be used(abused). Anybody else notice how the S8 isn't as popular of a dilutive vehicle anymore? The 504 has taken the lead!
