If the funds raised are put to good use as intended, for acquiring assets and working them for profit, then this talk of dilution is nothing more than a poorly thought out scare tactic, or the ramblings of a "madman"
I see the importance of good two sided debate, but on this issue your not contributing in this fashion. Upon closer inspection I see the same approach to a few of these other points you raise, with a misappropriated air of intelligence.

Too many folks try to spin 504's into deceitfull oferings.
504's are fair game as dictated in the rules as set forth by the sec. I don't think you can say that folks buying today were not aware of the 504 completed. Or the increased AS.
When you overcome this shortfall, I can hardly wait to see how you redress this so called dilution.
