ELI_R - HP does not sell any HTC product that intersects our IPR. One (maybe 2) version of the iPAC has a wireless feature - 802.11 but no GSM, CDMA, 3G , etc from our license agreement with HTC.
They represent the vast majority of HTC's revenues.
Also note to mschere - HP is not a Qualcomm licensee - again, they don't sell an applicable product.
