In fact, you have not provided any evidence; only a claim. And, I have already answered you numerous times.
Please read this again:
"The facts state that over 5 billion shares changed hands in Q4. Certainly, those who purchased those 2 billion could easily have done so in the open market. After all, the shares were easily available...and cheap." (see: #msg-19428950).
Can you explain the logic behind these statements?
You are trying to add up the total volume for that time frame and then suggest that the sum is the total number of shares that were available. ??? However, there were no more than 2-3 days in Q4 when even 200mm shares traded hands. The problem with your logic is that you are forgetting about the secondary market and that shares do in fact 'change hands'.
If you read the 2006 annual report again, you will find that no proceeds were collected from the issuance of stock and no stock was issued for debt during 2006, other than the private placement to the Foundation (http://tinyurl.com/39ztv2 ). And, the NOBO and DTC listings were said to indicate that the float was only 500-700mm shares by October 12, 2006 (http://tinyurl.com/36aftt ).
Regarding the O/S, I prefer to use the number that was given to me by the T/A: 5,629,010,600.
