The Foundation (Pedro) was not a lender. They paid a premium in order to purchase more influence in the company. And, now they are the majority owner (51.76%).
Distracted...read that paragraph again. Does it make sense to you? I alread provided proof that over 5 billion shares were traded Q4. The Ibox says the OS is 5,629,010,600. The 2006 financial report, as reported to Pink Sheets states OS as 7,629,010,600. Take your pick. it doesn't matter much as at .001, the market cap is either $5.6 million or $7.6 million. Pretty scary for a bunch of guys who bought in at .04 and locked in $80 million. An 80-90% + loss immediately when compared to PPS at time of purchase.
You know well that Pedro and Company could have simply bought in to that 5+ billion shares in Q4 without having to pay a 90% premium. How investor savvy are Pedro and Company? You answer that one. I won't touch it.
