Lennar 4th qrt profit jumps, raises 2004 view
Could drop in the morning similarly to ADBE, we still can't know.
Either way a repeat of ADBE (both sides of straddle gained) would be too much to hope for (isn't it?) We've been in building sector for over a week, I'm looking forward to the brokerages/retailers, still overinflated.

NEW YORK, Dec 15 (Reuters) - Lennar Corp. (NYSE:LEN - News), one of the largest U.S. home builders, on Monday said quarterly net earnings grew 26 percent, helped by supply constraints and low interest rates, and it raised its earnings outlook.


For the fiscal fourth quarter ended Nov. 30, Miami-based Lennar said net income rose to $283.2 million, or $3.38 per share, compared to $225.0 million, or $2.87 per share, in the same quarter a year ago.

Analysts on average had expected the company to earn $3.08 a share in the quarter, according to Reuters Research, a unit of Reuters Group PLC.

Fourth-quarter revenue rose 13 percent to $2.9 billion.
