Tho this is stamped as "processed" on 4-18, it was signed by Geary on 03-13-07. I will return to my belief that the 504 is complete, given the hughe volume after 3-13.

Not to sound stupid but at 1 cent that would put the O/S at 570,000,000 approximately.
That is if they had been diluting every share at one cent.
Please correct me if i am wrong

Thanks for paying and getting the filing. I'm just curious the company issued a PR April 9th stating "Well Renewal Completes One Million Dollar Fundraising"

"WRNW has obtained adequate funding for the foreseeable future," stated CEO David Rees. "WRNW is now in a position to continue its organic and acquisition-led growth, along with positioning WRNW as a key player in northeast Oklahoma's oil and gas market."

So even though they say the funding is complete it doesn't mean the investors are done? ETIM issued the same PR and it went from .0009 to .009 area and is still having problems with the pinky .005x.0055 also bigger float.

WRNW went from .003 area to .016...I don't see a big seller and I don't understand the concern except for the fact the company didn't acknowledge the increased Authorized. Obviously we know now it was because they were over the initial 500 million due to the Regdex.

I'm very tired tonight hope this all makes sense.
