We would have to ask the 15 acredited investors if they have sold yet. The company doesn't sell 504 shares into the market. Someone gave them money in exchange for shares. It's the investors who are selling.

Good point. We are close if not finished. Now that we know everything (thanks to Char) we know where we stand. I also feel .02 by fall is WAY to conservative.
