I don't think these VC types care about any of that. It is a collection of wealthy people who come together over a possible deal. The deal didn't fly, let's say. Tomorrow, part of that VC group will join with another 2-3 guys over another deal, and give themselves another name for that group. And so on. It is not like they are a brick and mortar store. No one knows who they are anyway.
