I think your premise that the deal may have fallen through is way off. Siam forwarded money to ACMG in advance of the signing. To me, that smacks of a lot of confidence that the deal would go through. What would kill it? Not greed on AC's part, as he was willing to escrow his entire share count in order to make this work. This group basically killed off the USSE deal. You don't do something like that lightly. My guess is all is fine and shareholders are just assigning arbitrary expectations and speculation in the face of uncertainty, assuming Siam is real, of course LOL
