What is the relative value of a company? To me, it is the Market Capitalization (my definition) to shareholder's equity or better known as price to book. Expand/argue with that if you wish. I know HISC has no equity; therefore, Market Capitalization (fully diluted) is the only meaningful parameter we have available. The bottom line is PPS which responds to OS (fully diluted). Hypothetically, let another batch of preferred convertible to 1 billion common shares and see what happens. On second thought, that may be a bad example, I’m not sure a trillion shares in the float would make much difference at these levels.
